India's 75th Republic Day Celebration

 The 75th Republic Day of India was celebrated with full fervour and gaiety by the High Commission on January 26th, 2024. On this occasion, High Commissioner Dr. Pradeep Rajpurohit unfurled the national tricolour at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Cultural Cooperation (MGICC), Mt. Hope.

 Senator, The Honourable Dr. Amery Browne, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago graced the occasion as Chief guest.

 A number of senior cabinet ministers, members of parliament, mayors, community leaders and other distinguished guests from across Trinidad and Tobago joined the event,which featured flavours of Indian music, dance, and cuisine.
