Short listing of Architect Consultant for repair and renovation works of India House, 21-23 Trinidad Crescent, Federation Park, St. Clair, Port of Spain for Government of India.
Applications are invited from reputed Architect Consultants who wish to be considered for appointment as Consultant for the above noted work. Architect Consultant should have valid registration in the respective grade with the Professional Architects Council / designated Government authority in Trinidad & Tobago and ten years post registration experience in providing comprehensive architectural consultancy and supervision for repair, renovation and restoration of buildings and project management services. The detailed scope of work, terms and conditions are mentioned in tender documents which can be obtained from the Head of Chancery, High Commission of India, 6 Victoria Avenue, Port of Spain up to 16.01.2017 till 4 pm.
Date for visit to the site to see the scope of work is 10.01.2017 at 10.00am.
The last date and time of submission of the bid is 3 pm on 23.01.2017.
The technical bid shall be opened on the 23.01.2017 at 04.00pm and the Financial bid shall be opened on 24.01.2017 at 03.00pm.
