Invites sealed bids for the indoor painting (Material and Labour) of its Cultural Wing the Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Cultural Co-operation Offices at Level 3 Plaza De Montrose, Montrose, Chaguanas.
Scope of Works as follows:

To paint the total area of Approx.14,000Square Feet walls (Inclusive of 10 Rooms and other areas – Washrooms, kitchen and open areas etc.) to be painted – water base paint.

Total No. of 28 Doors to be painted – water base Paint.

Change of color required (client will provide information).
Applications are invited from reputed contractors who wish to be considered for the above noted work. The contractor should have valid registration in the respective grade with the designated Government authority in Trinidad & Tobago and four years’ experience in repair, renovation, painting and restoration of buildings.
The site visit must be done to view the scope of work, Director, Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Cultural Co-operation Offices at Level 3 Plaza De Montrose, Montrose, Chaguanas up to 01.05.2017 between 2- 4 pm.
The last date and time of submission of the bid is 3 pm 10.05.2017.
The Financial bid shall be opened on 12.05.2017 at 03.00pm.
