56TH EDITION OF IHGF DELHI FAIR (AUTUMN) 2023 12th - 16th October, 2023 The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) is an apex national organization representing over 10,000 handicrafts manufacturers and exporters from India. The Council facilitates business and provides comprehensive information about the sector to international buyers and ensures optimal interface between the Indian handicrafts industry and overseas buyers. The Marine Products Export Development Authority MPEDA Reverse Buyer Seller Meet during World Food India 2023, 3rd - 5th November 2023
The Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA), a prestigious organization under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, is the seafood export promoter from India and it has established India as one of the leading global seafood exporters, catering to 123 countries. Indian seafood exports reached an all-time high of USD 8.08 Billion during 2022-23. In order to enhance seafood trade, MPEDA will participate in the esteemed event, World Food India (WFI) 2023, organized by the Ministry of Food Processing and Industries. This event is scheduled from 03-05 November 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India. MPEDA will organize a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) during WFI 2023. INDIA STONEMART 2024 International Stone Industry Exhibition during 1st - 4th February, 2024 at Jaipur
Centre for Development of Stones (CDOS) is an apex stone industry autonomous organization of Government of Rajasthan working with a mission to develop, promote and support dimensional stone and allied industry in India. With a view to promote trade in this sector, CDOS has been undertaking a variety of initiatives like international exhibitions in India, country pavilions in fairs abroad, buyer-seller meets, support to trade delegations, training programmes, testing of stones, Research and Development activities etc. INDIA STONEMART is an international stone industry exhibition being organised biennially by Centre for Development of Stones (CDOS) along with Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Ltd. (RIICO) since year 2000. Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) is the co-organiser of the event. Earlier editions of the event from the year 2000 to 2022 had substantial international participation. The exhibition which is spread over an area of around 45000 sq.mt. is one of the largest exhibition of Stone Industry in India and it is amongst one of the most sought after event in the context of international stone industry scenario. CDOS is organizing the 12th edition of the show - India Stonemart 2024 – at Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre, Sitapura, Jaipur during 1-4 February 2024. 37th Surajkund International Crafts Mela-2024 2nd - 18th February 2024 Surajkund, Faridabad (Haryana)
The 37th Surajkund International Crafts Mela-2024 is proposed to be held from 2-18, February 2024 at Surajkund, Farklabad (Haryana). The Mela is jointly hosted by Union Ministries of Tourism & Culture, Textile, (Development commissioner, Handlooms & handicrafts), External Affairs, ICCR and Haryana. It showcases the finest traditions of handicrafts, handloorns, culture and cuisine from all parts of India as well as foreign nations, Over the years, the Mela has come to occupy a place of pride and prominence on the tourist calendar of the region. The 36th Surajkund Mela-2023 attracted foot-falls of more than 13 lacs. More than 42 Countries with 548 foreign artists participated in the Mela. Last year the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) countries were the "Partner Nations". A country can participate by sending vibrant cultural troupes (Comprising 10-15 members) and 4-5 artisans/craftspersons who could showcase the heritage of their respective country. The Surajkund Mela Authority will provide free boarding, lodging and airport transportation from Delhi Airport to the Mela ground during their stay in the Mela, (except Airfare and any professional fee, if applicable).
