At the outset, I extend heartiest congratulations to the team of Bramha Kumaris and Raj Yoga Centre for achieving this milestone of 50 years of spiritual services in Trinidad and Tobago.

The diaspora and people of T&T and the region are fortunate to have you all and the activities of the Raj Yoga Centre. Their efforts have played an important role in maintaining the Indian way of life and our traditions and spirituality among the society.  

Their Golden Jubilee is not merely milestone measured in time; it is a celebration of resilience, dedication, and unwavering service to humanity. When this journey began, it started with a powerful vision: that lasting peace can only be achieved when we find peace within ourselves. 

For half a century, the Bramhakumaris have stood as a beacon of light, guiding countless souls on a profound journey of self-realization, inner peace, and divine connection.

Through the practice of Rajyoga Meditation, the Brahma Kumaris have taught the community that the root of all harmony lies in recognizing our true identity as peaceful souls. 

Over all these years, this organization has been far more than a place of worship; it has been a school for the soul. 

The teachings have empowered individuals to overcome anger, fear, and ego, replacing them with love, compassion, and forgiveness. 

By fostering values like unity and selfless service, the Brahma Kumaris have strengthened the moral fabric of our society. 

The impact of the Brahma Kumaris in Trinidad and Tobago extends far beyond the walls of the meditation centers. Your teachings of selflessness, purity, and universal love align perfectly with the rich, harmonious cultural fabric of this nation. 

As we look around, we see the tangible results of your endeavours—from wellness and community outreach programs to transformative initiatives. You have consistently championed the dignity of women, standing as the world’s largest spiritual organization led by women, and proving that true leadership is rooted in humility and compassion. 

You have continually demonstrated that spirituality is not an escape from our responsibilities, but rather a powerful inner resource to face life's challenges with grace.

In an age of distraction and stress, your teachings remind us to pause, look inward, and connect with the Divine source of limitless love and energy. The world today needs the message of the Brahma Kumaris more than ever.

On behalf of the High Commission of India, I extend my deepest appreciation and commendation to the teachers, volunteers, and the entire Brahma Kumaris family for your tireless devotion. 

I sincerely thank Sister Hemlata Ji and team of Raj Yoga Centre for making me part of this commemoration. 

Let us use this commemoration Golden Jubilee as a stepping stone. Let it be a time when we rededicate ourselves to the principles of truth, purity, and universal brotherhood.

May this center continue to radiate the light of knowledge, and may it inspire many more generations to lead lives of purpose, peace, and spiritual awakening.
