Short listing of Architect Consultants for renovation works on office building located at #6 Victoria Avenue, Port of Spain, Trinidad, West Indies.
Applications are invited from reputed Architect Consultants who wish to be considered for appointment as Consultant for the above noted work. Architect Consultant should have valid registration in the respective grade with the Professional Architects Council / designated Government authority in Trinidad & Tobago and ten years post registration experience in providing comprehensive architectural consultancy and supervision for repair, renovation and restoration of buildings and project management services. The detailed scope of work, terms and conditions are mentioned in tender documents which can be obtained from the Head of Chancery, High Commission of India, #6 Victoria Avenue, Port of Spain up to 8th May, 2018 until 5:30 pm & are also available on CPP Portal (https:eprocure.gov.in/cppp/) and on Mission's website (www.hcipos.in).
Date for visit to the site to view scope of work is 25th April, 2018 at 10 am.
The last date and time for submission of bid is 3:00 pm on 10th May, 2018.
The technical bid shall be opened on 10th May, 2018 at 4:00 pm.
